Teams travel to different areas to assist with church and
ministry-related construction projects. Wide variety of
opportunities for both skilled and unskilled volunteers. People
needed to help with cooking, painting, electrical, plumbing,
building and clean-up and assist in other areas.
It is a joy for our members to share their blessings with others
through construction projects.
2009 Construction Mission Trip
This years Construction Mission Trip includes (36) people
from three different congregations. What an amazing work of
God to have so many people giving of their time and talents.
We are traveling to High Island which is 30 miles east of
Galveston, TX to help rebuild houses and a church affect by
the hurricane. This area really needs our help after last
years devastating hurricane. We will leave Sunday August 2,
2009 and will return August 8, 2009. Please pray for our
safety and for all the people affected by the hurricane and
for a cool breeze coming of the Gulf of Mexico, since will
be working both inside and outside. Can’t wait to tell
everyone about the experience when we get back and share
pictures from the entire journey. Thanks.
